This agreement is written to govern the terms of usage of this site, between ‘the User” and binassetinvest.com. The User is bound to abiding by the conditions and the terms listed below. Particularly, those terms that apply to binassetinvest.com third payment system as well as any other services offered on binassetinvest.com

REGULATIONS

Without permission, binassetinvest.com reserves its rights to change this Agreement by making updates to the terms and conditions. Any upcoming changes will be posted via the User’s account on their notification page. Changes posted will be effective after 30 days of the original posting date, unless noted otherwise. To maintain access to binassetinvest.com, the user will abide by any updates from future changes.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 In strict compliance to these provisions, binassetinvest.com will take on the responsibility of providing the aforementioned services to its investors.

1.2 Upon agreeing to these written terms and conditions, user access is granted to the site. The user must be knowledgeable of their obligations and responsibilities to the company.

1.3 In case of violations by the user, particularly one paragraph of these provisions, the company disclaims any and all liability.

1.5 The user acknowledges all operations are done at their own risk. Previous performance does not guarantee future returns. The company may use the user’s funds for consultation purposes and control the timeframe of use.

2. PARTIES OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1 binassetinvest.com provides services including investment funds and money management consulting.
2.2 After opening an account, the user becomes bound by this agreement.
2.3 Users must be at least 18 years of age or meet legal age in their country.
2.4 The company is not liable for false or incomplete user-provided info.
2.5 Users must not use the platform for illegal activities including money laundering.
2.6 The user agrees to all communications being recorded.

2.7 The company will not release user personal data under its privacy protection policy..

3. ACCOUNT USE REGULATIONS

3.1 The company may limit how many accounts can be created under one name to prevent abuse.
3.2 Account rights are not transferable.
3.3 Passwords or account access details will never be provided by staff.
3.4 Users can change personal/payment info without notice, but the company may delay payments up to 3 days to prevent fraud.
3.5 Lost passwords can be requested and will be emailed.
3.6 Users must use proper security tools like antivirus and firewalls.

4. INVESTMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

4.1 Earnings are based on the chosen investment plan.
4.2 Profits are generated hourly, every day of the week.
4.3 Profits are withdrawn via the user's Bitcoin wallet.
4.4 Withdrawals are processed instantly after approval.

4.5 The company is not responsible for issues related to deposit or withdrawal transactions.

5. PROVISION FOR COOPERATION WITH COMPANY PARTNERS

5.1 The company runs an affiliate program called Global Partnership.

5.2 Tiered commission structure:

1st level: 3% of deposits from direct referrals
2nd level: 0.5%
3rd level: 0.5%

9% for top-level authorized representatives

5.3 Partners are paid via the advertising budget.
5.4 Payments are made once a deposit is made by a referred user.
5.5 Partner rewards can be withdrawn or reinvested.
5.6 Anyone can join using their referral link.

6. FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES

6.1 In case of war, disaster, or global crisis, the company may pause operations without liability.
